Frequently Asked Questions About Vehicle Purchase
FAQs on Purchasing and Payment | Quotation·Deposit·Inspection·Final Payment
How do I get a quotation? What info do you need?

Please provide the following: vehicle model/configuration, quantity, port of destination, trade terms (FOB/CFR/CIF, etc.), whether insurance and third-party inspection are required. We will provide a complete quote and estimated delivery time.
What is the deposit and payment method?

After signing the formal sales contract, a 30% deposit is typically paid (T/T or L/C; for larger amounts, letter of credit is recommended). Vehicle procurement and resource lock-in will begin once the deposit is received.
When do you start sourcing after contract & deposit?

Procurement will begin immediately after the deposit is confirmed. We will also provide vehicle photos/videos, key information, and the VIN number for your verification.
What verification materials will you provide?

Yes. These include high-definition photos/videos, instrument cluster and mileage, exterior/interior details, a list of key features, the VIN number, and production batch number. A Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) report can be arranged upon request.
Do you support third-party inspections (SGS/BV)?

Yes. We can assist in arranging pre-shipment inspections with third-party organizations such as SGS and BV (Bureau Veritas). The costs are borne by the buyer (and can be included in the quote if required).
When to pay the final payment?

After confirming the inspection documents, you will pay the 70% final payment as agreed in the contract. After receiving the final payment, we will arrange inland transportation to the Chinese port of shipment and handle export formalities.

															Shipping, Logistics & Compliance FAQs
					 What’s the typical lead time?

For standard models with spot stock or short lead times, procurement and customs clearance can be completed within 7–15 days after the deposit is received. Booking to port arrival takes approximately 2–5 weeks, depending on the route. Peak season or special models are subject to availability.
Who handles domestic logistics in China?

We handle pickup, port consolidation, customs/export, stuffing/RO-RO, with milestone updates.
					 Shipping mode? LCL available?

Full trucks are typically shipped by roll-on/roll-off (RORO) or full container load (FCL) (e.g., 40HQ). Small quantities of accessories can be shipped by LCL. We will recommend a solution based on vehicle size, cost, and accessibility to the destination port.
					 What documents do you provide?

Standard documents include bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration/manifest; additional documents such as certificate of origin (CO), commodity inspection/CIQ, and certificate of conformity of the destination country can be requested (please confirm country compliance requirements in advance).
How can vehicle compliance and local registration be ensured?

Please confirm the emission/safety regulations of the destination country (such as ECE/EU, GCC, LATAM, and local emission standards) before placing an order. We can provide production batch information, certificates of conformity, and necessary technical data upon request to assist you in liaising with local inspection/licensing agencies.
					 What’s the difference between FOB/CFR/CIF?

FOB: Seller covers pre-loading; buyer covers ocean & insurance.
CFR: Seller covers ocean freight to POD; buyer covers insurance.
CIF: Seller also provides marine insurance.

Post-Purchase Support: Warranty, Logistics Tracking & Order Changes
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?

Exported vehicles come with a transparent export warranty policy (depending on the model and manufacturer). After arrival, we provide ongoing remote technical support and can assist with the long-term supply of genuine parts.
Can I track shipping and logistics?

Yes. After booking, provide the vessel name/voyage number and bill of lading number for real-time ETD/ETA tracking. We will also notify you at key milestones (departure, arrival, and container pickup).
Can I cancel or change my order?

Canceling/changing an already purchased or booked order will result in a corresponding default and actual fees (such as warehousing, booking changes, and inspection fees). We recommend confirming the vehicle model and configuration before signing the contract.
					 Which currencies are supported?

We typically settle in USD/EUR, with T/T or L/C being the primary payment methods. For some countries, D/P is negotiable (subject to risk assessment).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For complete vehicles, the minimum order quantity is usually one; bulk orders offer greater pricing and space savings. The MOQ for accessories varies depending on the product category.
Can I mix different vehicle models or accessories?

Yes. We will create a packing plan based on size and weight to ensure the lowest unit freight cost and meet loading safety regulations.
